Physical Therapist Education and Experience (Required)

Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program.

Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.

License/Certification:
Physical Therapy License (Required)
CPR Certification (Preferred)

We offer mentorship for our new therapists At Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, you will undergo a comprehensive mentorship program with mentorship provided directly from our COO as well as a fellow team member.
