```Job Summary```
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the overall management and operation of the store. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Supervise and motivate store employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and concerns
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising activities
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Assist with payroll processing and scheduling of staff
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
