Position Description:

The Training Logistics Specialist will be responsible for the planning and implementation of logistics related to field training, field meetings, and remote field training sessions. This role requires high collaboration and communication with other colleagues and departments from all levels of the organization. This role will be very dynamic and we are looking for someone that has great attention to detail and also able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordination and scheduling of remote training and meeting sessions using virtual meeting software tools.
  • Maintain product inventory and order all necessary materials and supplies for trainings and meetings.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation with travel agency and vendors.
  • Main point of contact with vendors to resolve any issues related to travel, accommodations, or rental car arrangements.
  • Ensure staffing is sufficient for both remote and live training sessions.

Performance Objectives:

Within your first 30 days:

  • Complete all Applied Learning foundational courses and workshops.
  • Observe in team meetings and trainings.
  • Audit Field Implementation Training program, if available.
  • Meet and get acquainted with other training coordinators across all regions.
  • Train with the Learning Management System (LMS) in Quality Assurance (QA) environments.

Within 60 days:

  • Audit Field Implementation Training program, if available.
  • Perform activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) Production system.
  • Take ownership in small projects and assist tasks given by the Training Logistics Specialist II.

Within 90 days to one year:

  • Take ownership in handling all logistics aspect of a Field Implementation Training program.
  • Collaborate with Field trainers and content developers in various projects.
  • Take ownership in various concurrent projects.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years customer service or administration experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge and proficient in Excel.
  • Be an enthusiastic proactive "team player" with strong work ethic.
  • Very detail oriented with superb follow-up skills.
  • Capability to perform multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills, along with an ability to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to new developments.
  • Ability to analyze data, multi-task, and prioritize daily work load.
  • Ability to shift responsibilities and priorities, as needed.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous event or training coordination experience.
  • Working with mobile and remote learning systems and software.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and video software applications, including Zoom.
