Customer Relations Representative
Customer Relations Job Type Full-time Description **Customer Relations Representative**

In your role as a Customer Relations Representative at MaxLite, you will have the opportunity to provide world class customer care supporting every one of our customers, needs to ensure a 100% satisfaction rate.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Process incoming orders
* Respond to all post-order inquires including shipping issues, backorders, ETAs, order discrepancies, etc.
* Utilize problem solving techniques to answer customer inquiries regarding product or service concerns
* Recognize and rectify customer issues and complaints by determining cause, identifying the best solution, and expediting a corrective action
* Escalate complex customer inquiries to CRM for handling
* Keep records of customer interactions
* Process RGAs and credits
* Attend all product training meetings and be proactive in learning Maxlite products and promotions.
* Communicating with customers via e-mail and phone
* Work with other Maxlite departments to resolve product related issues and/or inquiries
* Conduct additional supportive functions for the customer relations department as needed
**What we look for:**
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role
* Lighting product knowledge preferred but not required
* Outstanding listening, comprehension, and oral/written communication - including grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing composition skills
* Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
* Precise documentation skills with great attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
* Team player, with positive attitude and willingness to think outside of the box to resolve issues
