We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our New Orleans specialized practice! Our team prioritizes patient care alongside work-life balance, with surgeons enjoying autonomy in designing their schedules.

About the Practice

• Fully equipped clinic 

  • 27 examination rooms, two casting rooms, and one x-ray room.

• Passionate healthcare team

  • 2 general orthopedists, 1 shoulder/elbow fellow, 1 pediatric advanced practice provider, 1 adult NP

• Dedicated space for physical therapy.

• 95% of surgeries are conducted in our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery

• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $500,000 to $650,000 based on experience.

• Student Loan Forgiveness program offering $20,000 annually for three years.

• $3,500 annual CME allowance.
