Long Term Care RN - Mt. Angel, Oregon- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 12hr NOCs (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)- Ratios: 1:10-15- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: Yes, Every other weekend- Certs REQ: BLS- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
