Global client is seeking a highly and experienced Software UAT Lead. The Software UAT Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of the project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive UAT plans, identifying and documenting defects, and providing timely feedback to the development team. They will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that software applications meet or exceed user expectations.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
• 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product team member in an agile software development environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, HP Quality Center, or Microsoft Test Manager.
• Ability to develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing scripts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly, solid ability to translate technical verbiage into easily understandable language.
