Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst who will support the Air Force's Blue Horizons Program located at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery AL. The Blue Horizons mission is to educate the next generation of innovative leaders for the United States Air and Space Forces. The selected candidate must be customer focused and have knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and execution. What You Will Do * Manage and monitor the programmatic day to day operations of projects. Will serve as the central coordinator/focal point for all external, non-mission related inquiries such as prospective students, alumni, distinguished visitors, and other base agencies. * Schedule and coordinate site visits, appointments, meetings, etc.
* Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
* Monitor/update spend plans and budget tracking reports.
* Reconcile internal/external financial data.
* Assigned G Suite administrator
* Maintain facility oversight.
* Ad hoc task as assigned- ex. travel planning and outreach.
What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications * Active Secret clearance - with the ability to obtain a TS clearance in the future.
* 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1-year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
* Experience with Google Workspace.
