Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking to hire an Application Production Support Engineer for one of their reputable financial clients they support.
Locations: Richmond, VA | Jacksonville, FL | Plano, TX
**Must sit 3 days onsite/2 days remote - HYBRID SCHEDULE**
Contract length: 12 months
Rate: $56/hr W2
**We cannot work corp to corp - We cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future - All applicants must be able to work directly on Apexs W2 without sponsorship**
Requirements:

• 5 years of Application Production Support experience
• Experience supporting Payments and Mobile applications (e.i. Mastercad, Android, iOS)
• Windows/Linux OS
• Supporting database applications: SQL, Oralce
• Scheduling tools such as Autosys
• Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace
• Experience with Remedy ticketing system and ITIL processes
