Our client is searching for a Property Manager who is certified in affordable housing (Section 8 and tax credit properties). This person will report to the Director of Residential Properties and will be onsite at one of the locations in West Philadelphia.

The responsibilities of the Property Manager include:

• Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and moving in/out processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue.
• Stay updated on Section 8 policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing
• Section 8 and/or Tax Credit certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
