Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Estimator at ANVIL IRON WORK INC located in West Babylon, NY.

The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including analyzing architectural and structural drawings, estimating material quantities, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with team members, and reviewing project specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel estimating
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
