A prestigious and established mid-sized Personal Injury Law Firm with offices in SW Fort Lauderdale and E Boca Raton, FL, is hiring for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. **This is an in-person position**

Looking for the following:

* Previous experience working for a Personal Injury law firm
* Intake, medical records, insurance information
* knowledge of FL Court Procedures and Protocols, Efiling system
* Handle notice of intent, demands
* Client correspondence and interaction
* Coordinate trial binders, court reporters, witnesses, etc.
* Calendaring/scheduling/drafting/travel arrangements, etc

This is a full-time position with an established firm in the area. I am looking for a reliable person who wants to learn and grow with the firm. Must work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; hiring ASAP!
