Responsibilities - Quick Lane Service Advisor:
Greet customers
Identify required services using vehicle's service history
Advise customers on necessary and suggested services
Alert customer to promotions and special services available
Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
Meet the dealership's standards for repair/order production
Requirements - Quick Lane Service Advisor:
Automotive experience is required
Basic computer experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid in-state driver's license
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication skills
Resume must be uploaded, and assessment completed
