Schedule: Saturday/Sunday - Wednesday/Thursday 10pm-6am (32 hours)

Job Summary
We have an opening on our top tier security team. We're looking for an Unarmed Security Officer to work at one of our most critical sites, protecting Arizona's Water and Power supply, in Mesa, AZ. The Unarmed Security Officer will be a key member of our security team as we safeguard the property, personnel, and equipment on site.
As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will support client safety initiatives and ensure that personnel are practicing safe habits while safety equipment remains in excellent working order. Our goal is to create a safe and rewarding environment for all employees.
Anderson Security Agency will provide you with the training, uniforms, and all equipment to perform the functions of this role.
Essential Functions

• Create a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Communicate appropriately with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the general public professionally.
• Ensure that the security team meets organizational goals for productivity, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Display intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software on-site.
• Conduct thorough foot patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
• Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
• Create and maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders and duties, and client safety programs.
• Make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your responsibilities according to company and client policies.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
• Handle sensitive information and material, in doing so, remain confidential at all times.
• Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime if and when required or in the event of an emergency.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age, per state standards.
• Valid Unarmed Guard Card
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. ( We provide this training for FREE!)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
• Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4.
