Windsor Windows has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician, here in our West Des Moines facility.

Monday - Friday : 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30pm

This candidate must be able to set up, operate and perform mechanical repairs for all production equiptment. Must be able to problem solve and understand how the eqipment operates, as well as the equipment's purpose.

Areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to :

Disassemble, set up, adjust, and operate production equipment using diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly operator PMs on all production equipment per schedule.

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance duties on production equipment.

Respond to requests to address and diagnose operational, quality, and / or mechanical problems when equipment is not operating properly.

Complete paperwork and documentation per the requirements of the management team

Collaborate with management and other colleagues in decisions concerning operating problems regarding equipment.
