WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls . This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants.
This position requires someone comfortable connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high volume calls.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
2 Years experience working in a fast paced sales or customer service environment, can be in person or over the phone. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member.
