RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments and communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology.

SCHEDULE | PAY

This position requires someone comfortably connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high volume calls. As for hours, we have agents available between 7 am – 7 pm, Monday – Friday; 9 am – 4 pm on Saturdays; and 930 am – 2pm on Sundays. During training, you will work 9 – 4 on your first day and then 8 – 4 the remaining training dates, Monday – Friday.

Our base pay is $14.50/hr but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program! Depending on your performance, you could earn an extra $250 - $800 per month! (biweekly payments). During training you will be paid $16/hr. 

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

- Being in office (not a remote position) with reliable transportation and valid drivers license

- 2 Years experience working in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment, can be in person or over the phone.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills

- Professional phone voice with proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills

- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member.
