• Guide development and integration of state-of-the-art .Net based web application for customer
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow
• Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) microservices;
• CI/CD application programming interface (API) proxy gateway;
• Work with Enterprise Platform teams in conceptualizing and implementing middleware integrations,
• Coordinate detailed product instruction and support to end users
• Assess and respond to each customer's technology needs and priorities
• Carefully scope and manage projects, maintaining active client communications at all points
• Include tools and services in various monitoring systems, such as Dynatrace, Elastic
• Use several proof-of-concepts in creating effective technical and architectural decisions
• Define program increment (PI) scope and roadmaps with product managers and owners
• Provide direct technical assistance and coaching on coding as well as high-level and accurate technical design
