Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliveroutstanding service.

• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems byrepairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.

• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technologyin the industry.

 Qualifications

 • High School diploma or equivalent

• Face-to-face customer service experience

• Experience with product service support or troubleshootingelectronics

• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products

• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops,gaming systems, and other electronic devices

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings,weekends, and holidays

• Sales experience is a big plus

• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus(i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
