Your Impact:

As a CAD Production Drafter, you'll be at the heart of our design process, playing a key role in bringing building envelope, architectural and engineering visions to life. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Design Support Excellence : Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to prepare detailed technical drawings, transforming conceptual ideas into precise architectural and engineering designs.

· Collaborative Engineering : Work hand-in-hand with engineers and other professionals, ensuring that all drawings align with their specifications.

· Documentation : Write essential technical documents, including material lists and cost estimates, ensuring our projects are as efficient as they are innovative.

· Quality Assurance: Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of all drawings with industry standards, maintaining our library of standard templates and updating drawings with new information as it arises.

· Project Management Prowess: support project management functions of our internal team, supporting our Senior Consultants, Architects and Engineers, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to completion.

· Fieldwork and Testing: Engage in site visits, producing comprehensive field reports, and perform non-destructive building tests to ensure our designs stand the test of time and elements. This may require climbing ladders for roof access and assessments.

· Inter-Office Collaboration : Offer support to our other offices, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across our organization.

· Meeting Participation and Reporting : Attend construction meetings, providing valuable insights and updates to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project progress.

What You Bring:

A proactive approach to design challenges, coupled with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to maintaining high standards in all stages of project development. The flexibility to support varied tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
