The CRM Sr Product Manager oversees a team of Product Owners dedicated to enhancing and maintaining our CRM systems, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Experience. This individual plays a critical role in understanding the technical and business aspects of our CRM solutions, ensuring they meet our organization's needs and contribute to our long-term success. This role will work closely with key technology and business partners to develop both business and technical strategies to grow the business and drive operation efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a high performing team of CRM Product Owners, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for CRM systems within the organization. Ensure that CRM initiatives align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

  • Develop productive relationships with business partners across the organization to influence project direction/decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of the CRM product roadmap, ensuring that it meets short-term and long-term goals. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource availability.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM systems to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead change management efforts related to CRM system upgrades and implementations. Ensure that changes are communicated effectively and the organization is prepared for adoption.

  • Work with the technology organization to define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application lifecycle management, in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that CRM systems comply with data protection regulations and company policies. Oversee the security of CRM data and user access controls.

Basic Requirements of the CRM Sr. Product Manager:

  • 10-12 years of experience implementing and supporting sales and service-based applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), community portals, corporate websites, etc.

  • 6 years of experience in CRM product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a technology organization.

  • Strong understanding of CRM technology, trends, and best practices.

  • Proven track record of delivering CRM solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Hubspot, or similar tier-1 applications..

  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and the management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.

  • Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, and detail-oriented (i.e., hands-on leader).

  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.

  • Must be available to work off-hours to support project activities and deployments occasionally.

  • Capable of working effectively with a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore team members.

Preferred Requirements of the CRM Sr. Product Manager:

  • Strong project management skills, utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • Previous knowledge and experience working with ERP, Business Analytics, Customer Insight, and Workforce Management tools.

  • Prior hands-on experience performing application configuration or development activities is desired.

  • Classroom experience in K-12 public or private school.

What we offer:

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $110,000 - $127,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
