" Provide expert advice to the New York City NG9-1-1 team in all aspects of NG9-1- including and especially Call Handling System Integration.
" Provide business process methodology expertise t for design, system implementation and testing.
" Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for all types of NG9-1-1 calls.
" Support the NG9-1-1 Call Handling requirements and validation of required standards.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME.
- Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems, Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex process information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
