Qualifications:
- At least an Associates degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Must know how to work with and fix bikes
- Experience working with children 11-14 years old
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
A Youth Agency in City of Danbury seeks qualified part-time Program Coordinator to help facilitate Earn-a-Bike Program for youth participants in grades 6-8. The candidate would need to be available at least 2 nights per week approximately 2:30pm - 7:00pm. Interested candidates should possess at least an Associates degree in Social Work, Education, Counseling, or any related field.
Candidates must have experience working with middle school age children, willingness to ride a bike, good mechanical skills, comfortable facilitating group activities, and good organizational skills. PT- up to 10 hours per week. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
