Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Design, implement and maintain tooling, fixtures and jigs.
• Identify and implement production process improvements.
• Facilitate implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Investigate test failures, identify root cause and implement corrective action.
• Create and revise assembly and test procedures.
• Collect and analyze test data.
• Train Operators on assembly procedures and equipment usage.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Record information on approved documents.
• Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
