Amo Realty is very small and is planning to hire just 1-2 real estate agents to join our team in Maui this next year. We are also planning to hire 1-2 agents in Oahu this next year. We will be providing a steady stream of clients to our agents.
Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 12 very small offices in 12 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.
We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system since 2007 and help keep our agents booked. We provide buyer, seller, renter, commercial lease & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
In Maui, we'll be giving approximately:
- Around 1 Residential buyer leads per week
- Around 1 Apartment renter lead per week (optional)
- Around 1 Residential seller leads per month
- Around 1 Commercial real estate leads per month (Optional)
- Around 1 Apartment listings per month (landlords that would like to list their apartment with us) (Optional)
A Hawaii Real Estate License is Required
Real estate sales experience is required

We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
