The part-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for relieving full-time BHTS for their lunch breaks during the overnight shift by visiting our different residential homes. While on site, the BHT will also be responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior during their rehab experience. Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programing. Behavioral Health Technicians may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.

1. Experience, knowledge or interest in chemical dependency and abuse.

2. Must Have Valid Driver’s License.

3. Ability to communicate and work effectively with diversity.

4. Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
