Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings and promotions
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and well-being
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender/Server or in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with catering and food handling procedures is a plus
- Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of beer is an advantage
- Retail math skills for inventory management may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hospitality or food service experience is preferred
