Job Summary Job Description Sales Support Administrator: This is a unique and exciting role for those that like to work in a fast-paced, high energy business environment. The Sales Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the leadership team as well as multiple Sales Directors across the country. They will also provide direct support to agents while helping them grow their business. The ideal candidate will be able to cultivate long-term relationships and work effectively to support our marketing and lead generation strategies to achieve sales goals/objectives. Responsibilities: •Assist with running lead programs, tracking metrics and compiling data •Plan, organize and track success of marketing campaigns while working closely with Sales/Marketing leadership team as well as outside partners and vendors •Collaborate with multiple lead vendors to assist agents in growing their business •Quickly and accurately generate reporting for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs •Assist in monitoring marketing programs and working with the sales team in developing ways to improve campaigns •Create and organize call campaigns for Outbound Marketing and Recruiting Specialists •Build Power Point presentations and conduct training webinars as needed •Assist in creating and editing: promotional materials, sales training guides, creative blasts, etc. Required Qualifications: •Have working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Rush, Illustrator and Canva •Able to creatively design postcards, letters, branding, PowerPoint presentations etc. •Detail-oriented and a creative multi-tasker •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) •Have a positive “can do” attitude •Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building •Experience using Constant Contact email platform for marketing initiatives •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, while seeing multiple concurrent tasks to a timely completion •Self-motivated and productive when unsupervised, while also being capable of working collaboratively and efficiently as a team member Preferred Qualifications: •Medicare and Health Insurance industry experience •Previous Sales and Marketing administrative experience •Bi-lingual About Us Since 1971, AmeriLife has served the needs of its clients.
