We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst for our Huntersville, NC facility. In this role you will be a key member of the team to support FP&A region head in financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting and several finance initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Support the Management team in analyzing financial performance and propose actions in top line, margins, costs and cashflow to improve the overall business performance Recommend benchmarks and highlight key areas for improvement; drive initiatives like cost-out programs, NWC optimization etc. for 5 product lines Support the monthly internal management reporting process, variance analysis and presentation materials; provide clear insightful analytics to drive business decisions and transparency Lead cross-business projects and strategic initiatives Develop and analyze financial and operational metrics Prepare various complex financial models and analysis to assist management in potential strategic decisions or key cost drivers Optimize key financial processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency and take ownership for FP&A-related Internal controls Monitor and track capex budget, spending and requests Support quote and pricing activities, support OOE/lean initiatives Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry 2 years project management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required SAP experience required High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Power BI would be a plus We offer: Aside from a dynamic global culture and leading market position, we are proud to offer our employees development opportunities, competitive salary and a robust benefit program ALL available on first day of employment!
