Biltright Turf is Hiring a Field Sales Representative Near San Bernardino, CA
PurposeThe Field Sales position’s primary purpose is to cater to customers and their project needs that Biltright often encounters and to generate sales for the business. High level communication skills, customer service, a passion for sales and attention to details will be required. In this position you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, taking photos and measurements, designing, and closing sales. Biltright’s Goal for this position is to effectively cater to the clients who want an easy way to make the decision to improve their existing yard spaces with Biltright.Responsibilities
- Show up to all scheduled appointments to accurately measure and design jobs for customers
- Generating install and material sales through in-person appointments
- Conduct sales and product presentations to showcase our products and services
- Meet and exceed all quotas and goals set
- Customer management through CRM platforms
- Completing all designs and pricing with the customer within 24 hrs
- Processing sales orders accurately and following up with clients after the sale
- Generating leads through door knocking, visiting installs, events, and other lead generation techniques
- Must fit our company culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as work well with a team
- Organized and able to manage a busy schedule
- Proficient in computer skills and iPad software, using new apps and software.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

- $33,280 annual salary
- $800 per month car allowance
- $50 phone allowance
