As a Card Services Product Analyst, your day will be filled with opportunities to develop and implement plans and strategies to ensure growth of revenue/profitability objectives for all card products. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines. Work closely with various teams internally and externally to ensure the Bank is offering a suite of compelling card products that optimizes those objectives.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Produce, review, and analyze portfolio data and metrics
• Complete system and account set-up
• Review account documentation and procedures
• Ensures adherence to AML and Credit Risk policies
• Identifies and monitors risks per Bank policy and guidelines 
• Process payments, perform miscellaneous account maintenance, and general customer service as needed
• Keep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management
• Meets productivity and quality standards
• Attend continuous training to stay on top of industry trends, developments, and changes in regulatory laws.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Required- Business, Finance or Marketing preferred
• Demonstrate effective grasp of the operational and regulatory environment
• Customer-centric approach to service while meeting challenging business objectives
• 3 or more years of relevant credit services experience or equivalent required
• SQL, Tableau, Access, Excel
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Clear and articulate communicator with strong personal presence who establishes credibility with audiences inside and outside the Bank
• Clear knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations including credit products
• Familiarity with credit reporting systems
• Desire to meet high level of customer service standards
