The Director Strategic Marketing, Nipocalimab CIDP Launch Lead will provide leadership and oversight of the launch of our Neuroscience Autoantibody mediated indications, including Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), and will be a strong partner with the Autoantibody Leadership Team, R&D, and the Regions to deliver our innovative therapies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop global launch strategy and deliver launch activities in Autoantibody Neuroscience indications, with emphasis on CIDP and future innovations.
  • Leverage R&D, GCSO, and key regional partners to co-create and execute key activities to deliver successful launch. Assess multi-stakeholder insights and identify key unmet needs; engage with external stakeholders to appropriately support market shaping activities.

  • Develop strategic imperatives and go-to-market priorities to address needs regional; develop and own the integrated GTM plan with detailed global budgets.
  • Shape and deliver core commercial launch readiness deliverables including core asset themes, CIDP positioning, message platform, market shaping (unbranded) and brand campaign, and creative brand book.
  • Proactively partner with R&D, regional leadership, and key cross-functional partners (medical affairs, market access, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to provide input into product development decisions, labeling, supply etc that supports commercial launch strategy and lifecycle management investments.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Medical Affairs to ensure robust publication plans and enduring/differentiating data generation aligned to global strategy.
  • Liaise with Market Access in development of value propositions to support/bolster access and adoption in the regions.
  • Partner with Precision Medicine to identify new innovation for earlier and affordable diagnosis, disease progression monitoring and implement technology-enabled solutions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Partner with key cross-functional team members (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, Supply Chain etc.) to develop differentiating Target Product Profile (TPP) informing commercial forecast valuation models.
  • Lead business case assessments and governance milestones, as applicable, supported by Analytics, Medical Affairs, and R&D, to maximize value of Nipocalimab in neurology.
  • Oversee and drive global marketing, medical, access, and digital health activities, including budgeting, resourcing, and measurement.
  • Effectively navigate the J&J network to establish relationships, mutual respect and credibility to advocate for resourcing critical Neuroscience Autoantibody launch activities.
  • Lead/represent commercial view through governance process, including Neuroscience Review Board, the Development Committee, Investment Committee, and Group Operating Committee.
  • Lead the Global Commercial Team (GCT) with representation from NA, EMEA, AP, LA and other key stakeholders to develop and execute global commercial strategies, organizational launch readiness, indication sequencing, etc.
