NO COLD CALLING! Our agents have access to leads of individuals who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance.

NO membership fees, dues, franchise fees, etc. NO sales quotas, no condescending bosses, no sleazy sales tactics, no neckties (unless that's your thing).

Agents are in business for themselves. They create their own worth. All the tools, training, and automation available along with companywide mentoring.

A personal story : Before I came into the insurance industry I worked in the corporate world of America. I had always tried to strive to get ahead within the corporate politics.

Eventually I started to take notice of one major thought process that kept growing upon my mind daily as I continued to grind.

I realized that no matter how great of an employee I was and did my best to grow up the corporate chain, that the company was going to control what they believed was my worth.

I got tired of having to ask for time off. Pay raises were minimal. It all became very overwhelming. The feeling of being burnt out creeped up on me day by day.

I was completely exhausted of just trying to get ahead. After some extensive research, much like what I'd imagine you've been doing, I found that the Insurance industry allows for a flexible work schedule.

  • AND IT DOES! It also allows a person to make as much money as they would like, provided they are willing to work hard to get it.

Within my first week of being appointed with carriers I wrote policies, started making money and never looked back. All while still working a full-time job in the corporate world.

With quality leads to call and incredible mentorship and training, Agents have to try to fail here, because the system works.

And hard work works! There are opportunities to give oneself multiple raises, and build a team of amazing agents in which one would get compensated for doing so.

We have a proven system that teaches anyone to do the same! You’ve heard the old saying, It’s not WHAT you know, it’s WHO you know.
