Position Title Creative Design Manager

Work Schedule Position Summary The Creative Design Manager will work as part of the creative team to ensure the production of high-quality, compelling videos and other creative audio or visual content for the Westminster Men's Lacrosse team. The Creative Design Manager will assist in determining the creative and visual storytelling direction for Westminster Men's Lacrosse as well as help push the Westminster Lacrosse brand forward. Teamwork, communication, cinematography, and editing will be critical skills for this position. The Creative Design Manager will produce content including but not limited to highlight/interview packages, behind-the-scenes features, student-athlete profiles, other feature content, social media content, and fan engagement videos. This position will creatively tell the stories of the team's student-athletes and staff through various channels while constantly evaluating and enhancing content.
Required Qualifications - Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.
- Working knowledge of social media programs and applications
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of college athletics content trends
- Knowledge of current social and digital media trends and specifications
