As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and overseeing the successful execution of our projects.

Job Description:

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to effectively manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction throughout each project.

• Identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, including cold calling, site visits, networking events, and referrals.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies, sales targets, and action plans to achieve sales goals and expand business opportunities.

• Provide accurate and detailed proposals, quotes, and bids to clients, addressing their specific needs and objectives while prioritizing the company’s budget and sales quota.

• Provide post-project follow-up, including assessing client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or account management within the renovations and construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, materials, and techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, and office software.
