Some of the responsibilities include selecting appropriate venues for a wide variety of large and small BEAUTIFUL events, planning menus and scheduling tastings with clients, keeping the events calendar, working within proposed budgets, attending events (mostly in evenings and weekends) to ensure smooth execution, general support, interacting with clients, and much more!
These high-end events are executed in the area’s most esteemed venues, museums, historic homes and estates. Plan Galas, Corporate and social events, Weddings and more!
Must be passionate about events and eager to expand your career in a fun and friendly environment. Very promising growth track!
* Need to be extremely professional, high energy, detail oriented, punctual and organized...able to work in a fast paced, creative team environment with good written and interpersonal skills.
* Have excellent project management skills...must be able to work independently as well as in a team while assuring quality of work and meeting deadlines.
* Computer proficient
* College degree and 2 years of event experience minimum
