Component Sourcing International is hiring an Account Manager for Customer Success as a full-time job in Charlotte, NC or Buffalo Grove, IL.
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between CSI and our customers daily. This individual will be upfront and proactive in their communication with customers to ensure no surprises. This individual should focus on relationship management as a tool to ensure customers consider us a truest partner. Additionally, you will engage with customers to drive new project opportunities and promote long-term growth of CSI.

Component Sourcing International provides supply chain solutions for unique manufacturing supply chain challenges by lowering costs and improving productivity. CSI provides custom-crafted solutions for industries such as bearings manufacturers, gears manufacturers, sprockets manufacturers, stamping manufacturers and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently key in and confirm sales orders, shipping information, pricing
• Resolution of any customer issues as they arise
• Provide strategic, responsive, and reliable service to customers
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams giving guidance and prioritization to meet customers' requirements
• Lead, manage, and document regular customer inventory reviews

Job Requirements:

• Degree preferred in supply chain or international business
• Demonstrated 3-5 years of forward-facing customer service or account management
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
