Responsibilities: Deliver social work services to oncology patients Manage cases and provide brief treatment Support patients and families Conduct telehealth consultations Requirements: 2 years postMSW experience Medical social work and case management experience Proficiency in brief treatment methods Oncology experience Preferred: Hospital setting experience Knowledge of housing issues, substance use disorders, grief and bereavement Cultural responsiveness and crisis intervention skills Certifications: Massachusetts LCSW BLS This is an onsite role with some remote patient interaction through our HospitalatHome program.
