Play Thinks is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing behavior analysis programs, providing assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to behavior support.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and standards related to behavior analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with the Jewish community and diverse age groups.
- Familiarity with the implementation of applied behavior analysis in various settings (e.g., schools, homes, community).
- Experience using technology and software for data collection and analysis.
