Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Linux workstations, VMs, and supporting software in an air-gapped DevSecOps environment.
* Configure and maintain enterprise Linux administration tools such as Identity Management (IdM), Satellite, and Ansible Tower servers.
* Harden systems against vulnerabilities and threats using automated tools in accordance with DISA STIGs.
* Proactively recommend and implement performance and reliability improvements to systems and independently develop solutions to problems.
* Train junior systems administrators and help desk technicians in best practices and day-to-day operations.
* Assist in the documentation of knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and work instructions as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Active Secret Clearance * Active IAT level II Certification
* Proficient with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
* Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
* Exposure to basic DevOps and software development workflows.
* Familiarity with enterprise management of Linux systems.
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
* Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator or equivalent certification.
