A Residential Site Manager is a full-time, salary, exempt position who provides day to day management of a group home and serves as a leader and mentor for Direct Support Professionals. This position models and promotes Person Centered Planning; ensures that staff are properly trained and delivering high quality services; creates schedule to maintain supervision and safety needs of the assigned site; fills in as direct care to meet this requirement.

We currently have openings at our sites throughout WNY including Buffalo, Eden, Gowanda, Hamburg, Kenmore, Tonawanda and Grand Island.

This position maintains a varied schedule, providing coverage as direct care as needed and is assigned On-Call responsibilities on a rotational basis. Weekend, evening and overnight shifts will be included in this schedule.
