We are seeking a Full-Time Tropical Plant Technician to join our team!

At Growing Green, we create thoughtfully designed spaces that promote health, happiness, and productivity. As a Tropical Plant technician, you will have the chance to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones through the power of plants.

Full-time team members receive the following benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life Insurance. The schedule is worked Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm, with some exceptions during peak seasons.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining indoor plant displays in commercial and residential spaces.
• Traveling in St. Louis and metro areas to client sites for scheduled plant care.
• Client-facing customer service skills.
• Ability to perform daily tasks independently.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with your clients and supervisor.
