REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to examine shipment contents and compare with packing slips to verify accuracy.

* Must be dependable and have great attention to detail.

* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

* Retail experience is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities. Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.

* Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
