Are you a cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in learning lash extensions and brow services and also loves working directly with clients on a customer service level ? Then come join our growing esthetician and cosmetologist team at the Amazing Lash Studio brand where we specialize in making everyone look and feel refreshed, beautiful and AMAZING!

No salon or lash tech experience necessary. We will train you for this position.

This is a blend between the the administrative side of the front desk and the application side of the lash stylist.

• Sales experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience a plus

If you do not have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the esthetics or cosmetology industries, dont worry, we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions.

Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Lash Consultations:

   • Conduct thorough and personalized lash consultations for clients (30 Minutes), understanding their unique preferences, and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments.
   • Set up appointments for all leads and current clients

2. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

   • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our range of lash products and services.
   • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of various lash offerings to drive sales and meet customer needs.

3. Sales Generation:

   • Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
   • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through a results-oriented approach.
   • Utilize company's software to find, contact, and schedule leads to prospects
   • Sell membserships to non-members and keep a 60% closing rate (minimum)

4. Industry Expertise:

   • Stay informed about the latest lash trends, beauty products, and industry innovations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.

5. Customer Relationship Building:

   • Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
   • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
   • Contacting clients on a daily basis to help them schedule their regular appointments

6. Operational Excellence:

   • Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions efficiently.
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area to enhance the overall customer experience.
   • Keep well-maintened client logs to ensure the proper communication between all members of the front desk and management.

7. Promotion and Events:

   • Stay actively involved in promoting store events, special promotions, and new product launches to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
   • Be available for offsite events up to 25-50 miles from the location (will be scheduled in advance)

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
5. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to work rotating shifts between -

Monday-Saturday

• 8:30 am - 2:30 pm (Saturday)
• 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm
• 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Sunday

• 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Interview consists of a hands on practical to assess the natural skillset for applying lashes.

Must be LICENSED as a COSMETOLOGIST or an ESTHETICIAN.

- Knowledge of different lash styles and lengths to create customized looks for clients- Familiarity with tattooing or dermal fillers is a plus- Strong guest service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer satisfaction- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced salon environment- Knowledge of facial waxing
