Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Specialist located in Joliet, IL. The Construction Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with construction projects, including managing budgets, overseeing construction operations, collaborating with architects and contractors, conducting inspections, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications
- Budgeting and Construction skills
- Experience in architecture and inspection
- Calling in Underground locate tickets for existing utilities throughout Midwest cities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects
- Relevant certification or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction industry
Experience or knowledge in energy efficient and sustainable building practices is a plus.
