We are currently looking for *Private Duty LPNS who are interested in learning more about our Home Care Cases. We service Pediatric to Geriatric. We service all of Long Island, Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens.*
*Rate: LPN $37per hour*
*Requirements:*
* *NY State LPN or LPN License *
* *BLS Card *
* *2 years of Nursing experience *
* *2 References *
*Skilled Requirements: *
Wound Care and Dressing Changes *Personal Care Assistance*
Medication management and administration *Palliative care for chronic conditions*
Tracheostomy and ventilator management *Feeding tube care and support*
Respite care for family caregivers
