Louisiana Tech University seeks candidate to fill a nine-month, tenure-track faculty appointment in the Division of Nursing. Responsibilities include undergraduate teaching in the classroom, online, and clinical settings, academic advising, student recruiting, scholarly activity, and service. This faculty position will involve curriculum development and online courses development for the Division. A thorough understanding of nursing education and online pedagogy places the candidate in a strong position for success in the role. The anticipated starting date for this position is September 2024.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing required; earned doctorate recommended. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have at least three years of experience as a registered nurse, three years of experience in education, and hold current unencumbered registered nurse compact license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Louisiana.
