We are currently looking to add a dynamic Part-Time Coordinator for our passionate team of tree care professionals.
Job Duties

1. Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office.
2. Field current and prospective client calls.
3. Proposal production and contract initiation.
4. Process employee time sheets.
5. Order and maintain office supplies.
6. Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files.

Qualifications
What We're Seeking:

1. Required: Accounting Experience
2. Experience in Real Estate
3. Experience in office processes and office administration procedures.
4. Outstanding telephone and communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
6. Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.

1. Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
2. Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems.
