- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach and exceed monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform daily opening and closing duties
- Attend events and shows as needed to promote and sell Alter Native Products and locations
- Maintain store appearance and inventory
- Promote store specials and promotions
- Create professional relationships to build brand loyalty
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Motivated and driven approach to tasks
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong negotiation skills
- Language: English (required), Spanish (preferred)
- Must be comfortable selling THC Products along with CBD

- 10 hour shift
