Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Tracking Engineering Definition release for BOM’s for engine design and integration.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering team members and technicians to deliver hardware.
• Understand the operations of engines and be able to translate end-user needs into practical solutions.
• Lead others within the project team and direct all phases of various scale/scope of projects from inception through completion.
• Collaborate across teams in support of hardware delivery, both as the team responsible for delivery as well as a consulted party for cross-organization efforts
• Measure project performance with data (Project Risks, resource allocation, timelines, cost, ROI, etc.)
• Own and proactively identify & resolve blockers for the team.
• Track status of action items for the ED&I program team and update Wikis with status.
• Status procurement activities at outside vendors.
• Track hardware with work centers.
• Interface with other IPTs on their needs and status of deliverables.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Experience in manufacturing, test, and/or procurement is strongly desired
• Must have experience in releasing BOM's
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, including working with NCs and ECRs
• Ability to manage production issues and implement mitigation plans
• Experience in different operating environments including research & development, as well as production
• Experience moving hardware through production (project engineering)
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, resources, and programmatic risks
• Comfortability leading communication with multiple teams for product improvement
• Excellent communication skills

Location: On-site in Kent, WA Please Note: C Shift; Fri-Sun (5:00am-5:30pm)

Salary Range: $80000-140000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
